NORD OUTSOURCING is a group of companies, specializing in providing bookkeeping and tax accounting services, payroll calculation and HR administration. Our offices are located in Moscow and Voronezh.

Moreover in accordance with the Russian Law on Auditing Activity auditors are not permitted to conduct an audit if they have provided bookkeeping, restoration of bookkeeping or other accounting services as well as the preparation of financial statements in respect of client during three years preceding the audit.

Since NORD OUTSOURCING does not provide audit services, it does not violate the rule of auditor’s independence.

In NORD OUTSOURCING fees for bookkeeping and tax accounting services depend directly on the number of accounting entries, for payroll calculation - on the number of employees regardless the working hours. The costs of other services, such as preparation of primary documents (invoices, payment orders etc.) or HR administration, are set, if possible, for one document.

Such approach to the pricing model allows our clients to estimate service costs in a more accurate way.
